When do you answer messages?

We try to answer messages as fast as possible and even try to on the weekends. We are usually working in our office from 9-5 EST Monday- Friday. Weekends We try to dedicate to family, but if We are able to answer We most definitely will!

 

Shipping

We cannot guarantee ANY delivery date. We have shipping options at checkout, the option used are their own 3rd party company and we cannot control them. Delays are possible and we are not responsible for shipping delays. Claims can be filed by the customer using the carriers website.

 

I entered the wrong address! Help!

We recommend checking your address before placing your order. If for some reason a mistake was made, we are able to change the address prior to shipment. Please send us a message with your new address. If your order has already shipped, we will have to wait for the initial shipment to return to us and then another shipping charge will need to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for address mistakes.
