-Please note that these are estimated delivery times and we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive by a certain date or time. Once a package leaves our hands it is 100% out of our control and delays may happen. Please order ahead of time with extra time to spare. If you need your order before a certain date, please send us a message before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your timeframe. -

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom items!
"Personalized" includes any products that:
-Include a name, photo, or custom text
-Made-to-order items
-Custom concepts
WE DO NOT REFUND ORDERS THAT ARE CONSIDERED "LATE"
If your package does not arrive by the date you requested on your order, we cannot refund you. A package is considered "lost" after 30 days of no delivery or movement in tracking. We recommend ordering with plenty of time for postal delays.
How to return your items:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@ladylaserco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you would like is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours of us receiving it. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refund Processing Times
Please Allow 1 Business Day to process your return. We will then inspect your item and refund that day.
Lost Packages
In such cases, we suggest that you take the following steps to locate the package:
Check with your neighbors: Sometimes carriers leave packages with neighbors if they are unable to deliver to your address.
Check with your local post office: In some cases, packages are held at the local post office for pick up if the carrier was unable to deliver it to your address.
Contact the carrier: The tracking information on your order should provide you with the carrier's contact information. You can reach out to them to inquire about the package's whereabouts.
If you feel your package was stolen, we recommend contacting your local police and filing a report. This police report can be brought to your local post office and they may be able to help further.
